5K PMS @ Mantrade

My 5K PMS experience in mantrade is way different now than what I experience when I had my 1K PMS a few months ago. I did this on a weekday last week tuesday, mas konti yun tao so mas mabilis na ngayon yun process of accommodating me. I relayed my complaints before to their customer service nila na eversince nun nagbayad pa lang ako ng DP until sa 1K PMS, it has been a very dissapointing experience for me. Ngayon 5K PMS mejo may pinagkaiba. Oct 31 I just texted the SA that I will come on Nov 2 for my 5K PMS. Then come morning of Nov 2 mabilis na agad. I told the SA of my 5K PMS schedule and the following complaints

- Outside smoke and bad fumes coming in the interior cabin
- Natanggal yun wire na nakakabit sa rear defogger
- Low level fuel indicator not lighting up
- Mud on gas filler cap

At 2PM tinawagan nako and ok na daw yun car pwede na ipickup. Gusto ko sana sabihin ideliver na langs sa office ko yun GL kaya lang gusto ko rin kasi makita if in case na naresolve nga nila yun items ko above before lumabas ako ng dealer.

- I paid 1,204 for the Oil and Filter. They dont recoomend synthetic for now kasi magpapalit din naman daw agad ako pagdating ng 10K
- Yun wire nakabit na but sabi ng SA dont mention anything about it kasi daw baka may makarinig at mavovoid yun warranty kapag nalaman na pinunasan yun window sa likod kaya natanggal yun wire... what the f*ck! mawawala warranty kapag pinunasan ang window???
- Hindi na resolve yun low level fuel indicator. kelangan daw pag pupunta daw ako sa kanila eh konti lang ang gas. isa pang what the f*ck!!! hindi nila kayang gawan ng paraan para matest yun light???
- adjustment on the cable for the vent was done. kapag pumapasok pa din yun smoke from outside ibalik na lang and babaklasin daw yun buong dashboard and it will take 4-5 days... another WTF!!!
- About the mud... wala na silang nakikitang mud. oh shempre nilinas lang nila. Hay naku nissan mantrade...

Ako din sir, I raised the issue of mud coming in the gas cap/cover to my SA here in NisGalQA as well as mud coming inside the engine thru the openings in the left front wheel when I had my 5K PMS.

Ang sabi lang sakin e ganun daw talaga ang design ng car natin kaya walang ginawa sa complaints ko. Tinapalan ko na lang ng tape para di na pasok mud sa engine. Yung sa gas cover, di ko pa na-pinpoint san pumapasok kaya patuloy pa din pagdumi.

I guess I would like to know how the others dealt with this particular problem.
