syempre mali yung guestimate na binagay sakin when i called... pero at least bumaba. total cost was P4955.31

Labor: 715.60 - change oil/oil filter, clean air filter, lubricate all doors and hinges, check lights/belt/tires/fluid level/battery, clean a/c micro filter
Parts: 3227.71 - zcharged synthetic oil, oil filter, gas-diesel treatment, engine flush
Supplies: 178.58
Chemicals: 302.50
Car wash: free!! Smile

730am ko pinasok. lumabas at 11am after 2 ff-ups. i feel kasi that the services above could have been done faster. (sa honda or toyota 1 to 2 hours lang yan.)

personnel was friendly but not too attentive, you get this feeling na basta sumasagot lang pero no immediate action. also they would have not cleaned the micro filter if i didn't insist on it. masisira daw kasi. sabi ko kailangan na talaga kasi mahina na yung buga ng a/c at maingay pa. at sabi ko pa pag nasira bibili nalang ako ng bagong filter sakanila at @ the 2K guestimate price nila. buti nilinis nila at di naman nasira. ngayun malakas na ulit yung aircon. kahit no.1 lang okay na!! Smile

there was free wifi grabe yung firewall protection. blocked ang social network sites and some forums like nissanloop. no fantasy basketball too and no access to my corporate email. so no work and no play for me. email and news browsing lang talaga. better than nothing though.

all in all.... it was okay but could have been better! i give Nissan Gallery Ortigas a rating of 7 out of 10 for my 10K pms.

ganito nalang:
warranty = brand and guarantee
pms = "recommended" maintenance
warranty = nmpi issue
pms = dealer revenue
so para saakin... wala talagang masyadong relasyon yang warranty and PMS. pero sa akin lang yun sir ahh. wag mo sundan itong magulong pag-iisip ko if hindi ka talaga comfortable. but i do admit that cars are "pampered" when you adhere to the pms schedule. binigyan ko lang ng personal deadline ang pagpamper sa brand new (april2010) car ko pero when it becomes 2 years old... di na rin sya macoconsider as brand new eh hehehe Smile

hmm, ano ung gas/diesel treatment? ang alam ko is yung engine flush..

i somewhat agree on your views with the PMS and warranty issue. honestly, mas gusto ko pa talga sa labas mag-pagawa dahil aside sa mas mura, mas makaka-usap mo pa ng matino mga mechanics. also, me mga shops pa na mas professional gumawa kesa sa casa. problem lang kasi minsan sa mga casa eh gagawin nilang dahilan yung hindi mo pagdala ng sasakyan for PMS kaya nasira ang sasakayan mo

FYI just after 6 days from my 10K pms, my windshield washer ran out of water. i guess not all fluids were checked afterall!! yan ang hirap kapag hindi mo nakikita yung gawa nila. nacheck din kaya yung ibang fluids?? now im doubting!!! tsk!!

from the passing mark of 7, im now giving NGO a 5! fail!!!! now im thinking whether to have my 20K pms done pa sa kanila. their inconsistencies, neglect and lack of quality control might do more damage to the car!!

NGO and Mantrade are the top contenders of worst Nissan Dealers around the country. They are very popular dealers yet they are the worst. Quoting a phone conversation I had with the parts and service supervisor (Jun Tupil) of Mantrade before when I learned hindi pa rin gumagana yun low fuel indicator ko and yun langitngit sa ilalim ndi pa rin nagawa.

Me: Jun ano ba naman yang mga tao mo. Nanguhula lang ba sila kung gawa na yun sasakayan bago nila ibigay ulit sa customer nyo? Napaka incompetent naman ng mga yan.

Jun: Hindi ser. In fact matatagal na yan mga yan dito nauna pa nga sakin sila magtrabaho dito so dapat kabisado na nila

Me: Hindi ibig sabihin ng matagal ng nagtatrabaho sa inyo at hindi ibig sabihin na kabisado na nila ay competent sila gumawa. Sa ilang beses ko bumalik sa shop nyo hindi nyo maresolve yun problema tapus sasabihin mo competent sila?

Jun: "tahimik ng matagal" ... sige ser papapuntahin ko yun isang tao jan sa bahay nyo papacheck ko ulit.

Me: wag na. sa January na lang pagpunta na lang nun taga NMPI

i agree..... kaya kangasa casa nagpapagawa para may "confidence" at "peace-of-mind" ka sa trabaho nila. eh wala eh Evil or Very Mad

@ eggy - in our case dahil pareho tayong NGO, hindi dapat CASA ang tawag kungdi ASA, asa pa tayo na maayos ang trabaho nila. 10k PMS ko sinabay sa pagpalit ng windshield kasi tinamaan ng bato. nung kinuha ko ang sasakyan, nasira yung glider ng drivers seat. ayaw mag adjust so habang nandun ako nireklamo ko kaagad. ang ginawa nila, nag labas sila nung handle ng torque wrench, yung malaki. had a bad feeling na gagmitin nila na... pampukpok!!! ayung nga. they were banging away sa upuan ko kasi daw natanggal sa alignment. hindi nakuha ng wrench handle kumuha ng ball hammer na MALAKI din! so they banged away again! ayun may tama stepboard ko. they will repaint daw and fix the dent pero sabi ko wag na. sayang lang uli oras ko at baka di pa nila makuha ang kulay. so ngayon di na talaga ako umaasa sa casa.

argghhh, bad trip talaga yun sir. sana man lang mag-ingat sila at ayusin ang trabaho dahil aside sa binili natin sa kanila ang mga sasakyan eh binabayaran pa din naman natin sila sa mga services nila.

sometimes may cost talaga--- probably its better to have the PMS dun sa well known ASA na medyo malayo than to stick with your dealer na medyo-medyo "not aligned"... sometimes again--- sa malayo mo pala matatagpuan your comfort zone...just enjoy the road that leads you there... Smile

bad trip naman nung method for break-fix nila!! di man lang nag-ingat!!

actually nangyari narin yang stuck-up na upuan sakin when my Grand Livina was 1 day old... kaya binalik ko agad pero naasikaso namn ng mabuti kasi nakatutok yung sales manager. bakit? kasi naman gusto ako papilahin ng service staff atmanager... sa hapon na daw magagawa... sabi ko isasauli ko nalng yung kotse at nataranta tuloy silang lahat. di ko lang alam kung pinukpok din yung akin kasi dinala sa loob to remedy the stuck-up seat.

I just noticed na walang feedback yung service sa Westgate, Alabang. I'll try that casa on my 20k PMS and update the forum
for their service.

Hi Guys,

I just had my 10k PMS last saturday sa Mantrade took around 4 hours to complete and I paid 4500 petot.
Now for my question, yung regular oil ba na inilalagay sa GL natin mapula ang kulay?
Ngayon lang kasi ako ulit nag regular oil e balak ko kasi sa 15k ako mag sysynthetic ulit para hati ang gastos ko ng every 5K at 10K pms. Before sa lumang sentra namin kapag nag papalit ako ng langis after ko i drive medyo clear yung kulay at di ma red. Nagdududa tuloy ako kung na change oil talaga e. Crying or Very sad

Just had my 10k PMS + Engine wash at Mantrade yesterday. Paid 5,078 petot. Regular oil lang kasi I forgot to ask them to use synthetic. Also noticed 3km was added to my odo.

i think the 3kms sa odo eh during test drive ng QA. pero parang ang layo naman ata. hehehe
