open headlight

mga ka-loop, has anybody had their headlights opened to fit either retrofit/bolt-on projector HID kits a?

nagpagawa ako nung Sunday, unfortunately hindi ako nakapag pa projector HID since the sealant used on our livina's headlights was super hard. as in ayaw matunaw. the installers were using a heat gun (standard equipment for opening up a headlight), usually on other cars mga 2 mins lang tutukan ng heatgun and natutunaw na yung sealant so they can open the headlight, yung sa livina 5 mins na nakatutok yung heat gun ayaw pa rin matutunaw, instead naauna matunaw yung black plastic at the back of the headlight so hndi na namin tinuloy baka matunaw pa yung lens ng headlight mismo.

so in short, hndi nabuksan yung headlight, and hndi ako naka pag pa HID

baka meron kayong shop na alam na nakapagbukas na ng headlight natin?

hi sir, so far wala pa akong nabalitaan among sa GL owners dito na nagpa-retrofit sila for HID.

thanks sir. that's sad news for now, my livina can't get projectors until that damn sealant gets melted

caution lang sir, baka masira totally yung headlight mo pag pinilit. mas mapapamahal ka since bago lang Livina natin sa market mahirap mag source out ng parts. sa CASA bagsak mo nyan and for sure mahal aabutin.

yes sir, kaya i wasn't able to get the projectors kasi we didn't want to risk melting the headlight plastic. thanks for the advice
