my GL to be delivered today

feeling soooo anxious as I already called Mantrade and they are already installing the tint. In a few mins nasa garage ko na yun new GL ko! I got the Luxury class color warm silver.

yeah I got my GL last Tuesday night. warm silver AT Luxury. Satisfied naman however syempre may konting reklamo pa rin. Eto yun plus point na nagustuhan ko

1. Good acceleration speed
2. stable on high speeds, 100kph
3. smooth AT shifting
4. great boot space (with 3rd row seats folded)
5. 4 cup holders!

Narealize ko lang after 2 days of owning it yun mga kulang nya.
1. plastic step thing sa may door sill
2. mudguards
3. front maplight
4. alarm
5. temerature guage. warning light is all we got.
6. fuel consumption meter
7. back up sensor
8. and lame horn!

Naalala ko nun nakuha ko un GL.. My first upgrade was to change the "lame horn" hehe ndi pede sa EDSA e.. baka di marinig ng mga bus.haha

@badtoy, assess mo din if you still would like to have an alarm installed. I also thought about it but decided not to have one since GL comes with Nissan Anti-theft System (built-in immobilizer). But I guess additional protection pa rin sa mga accessories yung alarm.

uhh immobilizer? actually i dont understand how that Nissan Anti Theft System works. Does it mean the car cant be started without the remote key?

Sir from what i know, our key and the spare one has a micro chip embeded on it black plastic cover. Only those keys can start the engine. If u wish to duplicate the key, u can but it could only open the door but canot start the engine. My dealer upgraded my alarm system by putting a red button near the break pedals to disable alarm and start engine just in case you loose ur remote, thereby using only your key. They also gave a head rest pillow and a sun shade when they upgraded it for free.

anyway, my GL is the luxury edition and it doesnt have an alarm system though the NATS light blink when I lock using the remote. I asked my SA about the alarm and she said there are two types. theres the 4500 and theres the 7500.
