Next EB?

Hi LOOPers, let's schedule an EB again for the next event of our club in November. I think this is going to be an "all-in-one" event so we really need to prepare for it. I also encourage all members to attend EB's para naman magka-kilala na tayo and mas lumaki ang grupo.

Need suggestions for the date and place. Some members are requesting if we can schedule an EB na hapon naman so I'm thinking na gawin nating Saturday afternoon ang next EB natin. Any comments?

sadly, wala na po ang tatay ko by november. october 15(not sure) ang alis niya. pero okay sana ung all in one na event!

Just for Info - Today is Sep 14; so there are 16 days remaining for the moth of Sept
---summing it all up the # of days before that "hole- in -1" event
Sept - 16 days
Oct - 31
Nov - 10
We have only 57days to prepare for that "all in one" event...
so the next EB will be on ----> Oct 20 or 27,,, in the morning, in the aftern0on?

Just to provide my inputs...

Who: Loopers + their families
Where & What--- thats the topic for our next EB.... however mentioned were--- will it be a
? Fun/Run - Can be north or south. East is also ok as there are a few resorts which can be found in antipolo, angono or tanay.
? Resort - not limited to this but our families can have a lot of fun in the water and resorts do have the amenities, facilities and place which can hold our group. My recommendation is any resort with huge and a lot of swimming pools, though a beach is also ok.
? Clark or Subic - Not limited to this but as we talked about, a majority of the members who were in the meeting agreed that going north is better than south as the freeway is longer and stations are aplenty.
? Overnight? - I would suggest that this would be decided by the individual members as we don't want to hamper their commitments the next day.

Now on the next EB in order to discuss the all in one event, we can do it 2 weeks from now or 30th of Sept so we have time to prepare our commitments and please no excuses from the officers of not attending. I would suggest we research on travel destinations up north or south with pricing so we can see our options and hopefully decide when and where we can hold this most anticipated event.

Any updates sa sched ng next eb? Para maayos na din ang calendar ko for next month.

I would suggest an afternoon sched for the EB , also i guess para mas sure na madami aatend and to avoid complications with the planning (like family sched and their availability) ,optional na ang pagdala ng families , it would be mostly members ang present

Any place with food and beer would be good since its an afternoon sched (south side or north side place). Though i suppose ample parking space is needed but yun nga lang with an afternoon schedule, guaranteed and better parking space would not be feasible.

oks lang ako in the afternoon... anytime free ako except on sep30

kung afternoon dapat saturday.

haha, same tayo sir. dumating parents ko eh kaya "baka" maging busy this month. anyway lets wait for the others. as for the shoes, ibabalik ko muna ulit sa shaw GL ko, me ugong eh... kainis...

Its going to be a "New Shoes" EB hehe...

Naku di pala ako pwede sa 18 and 25. Text text na lang. May lakad pala kami sa 18 tapos sa 25 may workshop kami sa school.
