Shifting from 15" wheels to 16"/17" wheels - Big difference in fuel consumption?

Id like to ask the guys here who had their tires changed from stock 15" to 16"/17" if there are noticeably big difference in fuel consumption? I would like to change my GLs stock tires pero medyo conscious ako sa fuel consumption ko. Right now im very happy with my GL's fuel consumption, from Makati to Tagaytay, i only need to put in 500php worth of gas, its good enough for the whole trip... would even leave me a good amount of fuel after the trip.
