Tomas Mapua Bluementrit

The last time I went to T. Mapua in Bluementrit was way back in the 90 and the other day I went there to check it out. Boy! I was surprise to see T. Mapua St. It is a Haven of Magwheels for our GL! ang daming Magwheels dto na pwepwede sa GL natin. I've been to banawe and west ave and ang konti ng choices na nakita ko dto for our GL on size 16", 17" and 18" pero nung napunta ako dto talagang natuwa ako dahil daming choices and mura pa compared to banawe and west ave. The following pics was shot at Gladdies mags tire supply meron silang 3 branch sa street na to and sila ang biggest shop.



This are the size 16" mags from the buttom to the 3rd row except the mags on the right most column




this are the mag choices for size 17" almost all ng mags dto ay 8 holes


All of this 4 mags are size 18" na 8 holes except for the one in the buttom left 10 holes yun

Yes your right, mas mura jan compare sa banaue and west ave. Jan ko binili ung mags nung civic ko. Namili muna ko sa banaue and west ave then nung nakapili na ko tsaka ko hinanap sa blumentrit and dun na ko nakipagtawaran..

Palit ka na sir chualie, para may model car na group natin..

Meron na akong nabile na mags pero wala pa akong pambile ng tires

I am really not sure if make the right decision kasi SIZE 18" ang kinuha ko, this is my first time na gagamit ako ng ganitong kalaking gulong. Baka kasi pag nag 17" kasi ako eh mag upgrade pa ulit ako kaya sinagad ko na hehe.......

Confuse pa ako kung anong measurement ng gulong 45 or 40 series ba? 215 or 225?

If I will base it on the calculator that sir eggy reyes shared with us, dapat mag 40 series ako and any of the 215 or 225 ay pwede naman mas konti lang ang difference sa stock tires kung 215 kaso ang hirap maghanap. alin kaya sa 215 at 225 ang mas matagtag? Production date is a big factor too.

Tapos what brand pa, most likely dunlop ang pag iipunan ko.

Excited na nga ako kaso kailangan ko pa mag benta ng isang katerbang pansit at shawarma para maka bile ako ng gulong heheh...

sir consider din kung magkaka-rubbing issues. ask your friendly tire shop kung may sasayad or wala kung 225 yung kukunin mo with 18in mags. pwede wala rubbing during normal drives pero baka may sumayad kung puno yung likod or during hard turns.

@Sir Eggy -Thanks for giving that advice Sir big factor yan sa decision making na gagawin ko.

@Sir Cht24 - Thanks - Looking forward na makita ko din GL mo specially pag nag upgrade kana ng mags. I love to see a Black GL with upgraded mags. Ito talaga gusto kung kulay kaso d pa sya available when we bought ours.

Pag naka bile na ako ng tires and nakakabit na I'll post a photo..........

Mga bro pi nost ko na pics ng nabile kong mags sa upgrade n modif under " which one of these tires is your choice for ur GL?"
