water in the airvent compartment

I notice na may naiipon na tubig sa may airvent compartment sa baba ng left wiper, R u having the same problem? ano kaya ang possible harm na maiidulot nito?

this happens after you wash the car or after a heavy downpour of rains. Everytime you wash your livina, open the hood and ask the carwash boys to wipe everything visible under the hood especially the plastic thing above the firewall. nagaaccumulate ng water jan.
