after market cold air intake

Hi guys, I'm just curious, wala pa akong nakikita nagpapa modify ng CAI ng GL. Well, i guess dahil ma void warranty if we do this right?

Actually naisip ko na dati nung nasa Banawe ako kasi may nag offer ng K&N Racing Filter sakin. 5k yata. medyo oval sya and malaki so maganda tingnan sa engine.. kasi naisip ko nga na baka ma-void yung warranty e..hehe kaya next time na lng.

pinag iisipan ko na to eh. since out of warranty na din si GL. cht, san yung nag offer sa yo ng 5k? K&N? para dumagdag ang hatak. wala bang short ram air filter? maganda na hatak, maganda pa hagok nya.

napag-isipan ko din ito dati pero decided to stay stock. merong video sa youtube na parang ala mythbusters pero sa kotse sila naka-focus. they tested kung meron bang gain talaga ang aftermarket air filter. sa series ng tests nila eh very minimal ang gain at ang setup pa is literally naka labas yung filter sa harap ng auto nung na achieve nila yung gain na yun. also, the aftermarket filter tends to suck in more dirt than the OEM. i guess dito yung sinasabi nila na restrictive ang OEM filters in terms of air intake but it does the job of making our engines clean diba?

mas gusto ko pa ngayon bumili ng rear strut bar, hehehe...
