Steering noise scoreboard

an update on my "dancing" Livina... hehehe

nawala na yun wiggle on full turns however I forgot to ask the SA something. Ang tanong ko sana... if replacing the steering coupler, do we need to do alignment on the wheels and steering wheel? I just noticed pag alis ko ng dealer na-off center yun steering wheel ko. nakakairita tuloy.

Sir malamang hindi nila tinest-drive after nakabit ang steering coupling. Kaya na overlook ang alignment ng manibela. I think standard operating procedure ang test drive every after maintenance/repair work.

^ yep "normally" they would have a QA guy test drive the unit after repairs. sa akin aligned naman.

Nag off center din ang steering wheel ng GL ko ng magpagawa ako ng smoke issue sa Mantrade. Di kaya may problema sa mata ang nagbabalik ng steering wheel natin?

Nag off center din ang steering wheel ng GL ko ng magpagawa ako ng smoke issue sa Mantrade. Di kaya may problema sa mata ang nagbabalik ng steering wheel natin?

sa mantrade ka din nag papaservice Marc? malamang may diperensya nga sa mata sila... lahat naka paling sa left haha

Sir, I just had my steering wheel replaced at medyo pumaling din sa kaliwa. I was adviced by my SA to have wheel alignment, which I did. That solved the problem. Anyway, need ko rin pala talaga mag pa align. It's required daw every 20k.

sir steel pulse, ask ko lang po, kasi ung GL ko pag full turn left may nadidinig akong "tug" un po bang ininsert nyong hose sa coil spring para dun po ba yun..?

zumma, yan na yun usual complaint ng livina owners. Dalin mo sa dealer and papalitan nila yan ng steering coupler.

After that, kung bumalik ang noise I suggest this hose fix:

thanks sir steel pulse for info, pa check ko nalang pag 5T pms siguro, medyo minsan naman eh, nawawala ung " tug" thanks po uli...
