Getting a second hand livina -OR/CR infos

Sirs need your help to understand the implications on the infos on OR/CR.
Ito po yun prospect na 2nd hand unitna bibilhin namin.

1.) OR and CR date is both oct.15, 2009 - tama ba na late registry na ito?
How much kaya aabutin penalty? MVUC at P6k..normal ba ito?

2.) fuel indicated in the CR is diesel?!

OR and CR date - pag brand new car 3 years ang registration kaya 2009 pa yan. this october pa lang mag renew ng registration. after the 1st 3 years, yearly na ang registration. kaya din 6k kasi for 3 years.
yung diesel sa CR baka pwede naman papalitan yan pag lipat ng registration sa name mo.

question: yung nagbebenta ba nag car loan para dito sa GL? - check mo kung tapos na mortgage nya and kung may car loan nga dapat meron release from the lending bank.

+1 on sir blooperoo's comment regarding the mortgage. please double check kung naka-encumbered pa yung CR.

i think malalaman mo agad if naka-loan, kasi CR with CM is different (in form) from CR without CM
said CM is being annotated at the Reg Of Deeds (ROD) (usually ROD kung saan malapit yung owner)
so, aside from holding the "CM release" document, you may also verify its authenticity by validating sa ROD mismo...
yes, papalitan mo na lang yung diesel kapag sinalin na sa pangalan mo...

Guys ano ba ang basis ng selling price kapag nagbebenta ng sasakyan? Kasi parang ang baba naman ng resale value ng sasakyan natin 575k na lang yung nasa link ni Voltz e 3 years pa lang yun.

@ bin, alam mo naman dito sir. malaki ang market share ng toyota and honda and mas in demand sila because of their name kaya mas mataas ang resale value. unlike sa ibang brands like ours, kailangan ibaba ang presyo para maging competitive ang price sa market
